We're so glad you're here. Booking with us is like checking into a boutique hotel: smooth, seamless, and thoughtfully personalized. Here's everything you need to know to secure your spot and get the most out of your stay.

How to Book

  1. Submit Your Inquiry
    Complete our short inquiry form (or our website). Let us know what you're looking for and which package or service caught your eye.

  2. Concierge Confirmation
    Within 24–48 hours, you'll receive:

  • A confirmation of availability

  • A custom quote if needed

  • A link to schedule your kickoff call

  • Onboarding instructions

  1. Kickoff Call
    Schedule a 15 min session with us via Calendly. This is where we align on goals, timelines, creative direction, and deliverables. What we can do for you and what that looks like.

  2. Contract & Deposit

  • Send over contract and sign

  • 50% deposit required to reserve your booking

  • Remaining balance due upon final delivery (or monthly for retainer clients)

  1. Production Begins
    Once your contract is signed and deposit received, we’ll invite you to your dedicated Google Drive or Notion hub and begin work.

  2. Research and strategy (on our end)

  3. Official Onboarding Call
    Present and discuss strategy and timeline. Overview of what to expect over the next few months and re-align on expectations. 

Timeline & Scheduling Notes

  • Office Hours: Monday–Thursday, 9AM–5PM MST

  • Turnaround Times: Based on your selected package (see Service Guide)

  • Rush Projects: Available upon request with a 20–30% rush fee depending on scope

  • Rescheduling: Calls can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

Support & Communication

  • All communication will take place via email unless otherwise agreed upon

  • Retainer clients may receive a Slack channel for ongoing collaboration

  • Clients will have access to their project hub for 60 days post-delivery

  • One monthly analytics and strategy meeting (on Zoom) to be booked via Calendly
