We use Brandwatch as our all-in-one hub for scheduling, content review, analytics, and approvals. You’ll receive access and instructions during onboarding to keep things seamless.

To reserve your spot, a 50% deposit is required. For month-to-month services, a monthly a six-month contract will be established, with invoices issued on the 1st of each month and payment due by the 5th. Final payment is due upon project completion, or monthly if you're on a retainer.

We offer a two-part payment setup:

• Primary Method: Stripe — for easy, secure credit card payments with professional invoicing.

• Secondary Method: Zelle — a fee-free option available for trusted, U.S.-based clients. Zelle payments are preferred for those opting to pay in full upfront.

Clients who choose to pay the full project amount upfront via Zelle receive a 5% discount.

Yes! Each package includes 1–2 rounds of revisions, depending on scope. We also offer continued support or maintenance as an add-on.

All content is created by the Bellboy Studios team. We handle everything from concepting and creative direction to production and post. That includes design, copywriting, and sourcing photography or video assets when applicable. If a shoot is needed, we’ll work with your in-house team or trusted creative partners to bring the vision to life. We also offer full-service visual asset creation (including product photography, short-form video, and custom graphics) through our extended creative team, available at an additional cost. Every deliverable is tailored to your brand’s unique aesthetic and voice.
